Function and Responsibilities
- Responsible to receive and collect payments from customers of C&E Publishing and its affiliates.
- Issue Collection Receipts and Provisional Receipts to clients upon payment.
- Deposit cash and check collections to C&E depository banks.
- Prepare Daily Collection Report to summarize all collections received and remit together with the OR/PR, deposit slips and BIR 2307 tax certificates to Treasury Dept.
- Perform pull-out and sold-out of inventory thru Bill of Consignment and Sales Report (BCSR) under consignment and library accounts.
- Ensure pulled-out books are all accounted and in good condition.
- Endorse pulled-out books to CCD Checker at San Bartolome Warehouse
- Pick-up provincial pull-outs from trucking and bus terminals to endorse to San Bartolome Warehouse
- Secure and packing of books of provincial pull-outs to be pick-up by forwarders and cargo for shipment
- Perform reconciliation of receivables and inventory with customers.
- Perform countering of documents such as Consignment Sales Invoices, Statement of Accounts, Collection Letters and BIR Ruling.
- Prepare feedback report based on the itinerary assignment
- Conduct ocular visit for new accounts
- Prepare liquidation of budget for calendar itinerary.
- Field Collectors are also drivers in the performance of their job
- Act as helper to other Field Collectors for voluminous pull-outs.
- Act as checker to assist in endorsing bulk pull-outs to Warehouse/RBC
- In-Charge of CCD vehicles. Monitor and schedule regular maintenance to be in good working condition.
- Act as driver for other departments or C&E Group of Companies when needed.
Job Requirements
- College Level
- 1 year experience
- Familiar to road directions and alternate routes.
