Job summary

AMTRAK MACHINERIES & EQUIPMENT OPC is seeking a Field Collector to handle customer account collections and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances. The role requires performing field visits and coordinating with customers to secure commitments.

You will maintain records, report collections, and work with the C&C and Accounting teams to resolve accounts. Travel to customer locations in Cebu is expected, and a valid driver’s license is advantageous.

• Conduct field visits to customers to collect overdue accounts.

• Coordinate with C&C and Accounting teams regarding customer accounts.
• Handle customer concerns related to payments and outstanding balances.

• Follow up on overdue payments and customer commitments
• Receive and properly document collections and payment transactions
• Maintain accurate collection records and reports
• Coordinate with the C&C and Accounting Teams regarding customer accounts
• Handle customer concerns related to payments and outstanding balances
• Perform other collection-related tasks as assigned

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage
• With collection or field work experience is an advantage but not required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Willing to conduct field work within Cebu
• Must be willing to travel to customer locations
• Valid driver's license is an advantage
