Job summary

Skyro is a fast-growing fintech company in the Philippines seeking a field collection specialist to pursue pre-collection and resolve delinquent accounts. The role requires an HS diploma, ownership of a motorcycle, and a valid driver’s license, with familiarity in Cavite City.

You will perform field visits, collect payments via POS and digital tools, and document outcomes in the Field Visit app. This position emphasizes reliability, route planning, and compliant practices in a dynamic fintech

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Pursue pre-collection and resolve delinquent accounts by contacting customers.
• Carry out fieldwork and meet with delinquent customers.
• Collect payments using POS or digital tools with proper receipts.
• Conduct mystery shopping and validate fraud or non-compliant activities.
• Plan routes to ensure timely field visits.
• Document interactions and field results in the mobile app.
• Prepare status reports on accounts and actions taken.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Collection and Resolution

• Pursue pre-collection and resolution of past due customer accounts by engaging with customers directly.
• Make appropriate recommendations for corrective actions to resolve delinquency issues.

Field Work

• Carry out fieldwork and meet with customers who have delinquent accounts.
• Collect payments using authorized POS machines or approved digital payment tools, ensuring proper acknowledgment and documentation of transactions.
• Conduct mystery shopping and validation visits to merchants, sales agents, or retail locations to assess compliance, sales practices, and customer experience.
• Validate suspected fraudulent or non-compliant activities identified through mystery shopping tasks or field findings.
• Plan routes to optimize efficiency and ensure all field visits and appointments are completed in a timely manner.
• Printing, distribution, and verified delivery to clients of Demand letters and other needed documentation.

Reporting

• Prepare status reports of customer accounts with past due balances, including actions taken and current account status.
• Prepare reports on mystery shopping activities, fraud validation findings, and quality observations.
• Document and initiate write-offs for processing as necessary.

Documentation

• Accurately document customer interactions, POS transactions, field visits, and mystery shopping results and Anti-Fraud visits in the Field Visit mobile application.
• Maintain complete and organized records of negotiations, payment arrangements, and validation activities.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned to support changing business needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

• At Least HS Grad, with own motorcycle, with driver's license; familiar with places within Cavite City
• Willing to be assigned to the particular areas above
• Have Powerbank and Charging Cables for CP
