Job summary

University Home Lacson is seeking a site supervisor with a degree in architecture to oversee daily architectural works at the project site in Manila. The role requires ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards, plus coordinating with contractors and engineers to resolve site concerns.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of construction site supervision experience, strong detailing knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Knowledgeable in architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other architectural software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily architectural works at the project site.
