Job summary

Radius One Architecture & Plumbing in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a licensed Architect to supervise on-site construction, review drawings, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. The role requires coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

You will mentor junior staff, prepare progress reports, read and interpret architectural drawings, and support cost control while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Must be a Licensed Architect.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and architectural standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors regarding architectural concerns.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals before implementation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship, and quality.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve architectural issues encountered during construction.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Verify completed works for billing, punch listing, and project turnover.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure architectural activities are completed within the target timeline.
• Assist in cost control by minimizing rework and ensuring efficient use of materials.

• Coordinate project close-out activities, including as-built drawings and final inspections.
