Job summary

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Field Appraiser to perform field inspections and support lending activities, including appraisal, credit investigation, and title verification with government agencies.

You will read floor plans, interpret bills of materials, and work with Cartesian coordinates, ensuring accuracy and compliance while coordinating with local offices. Fresh graduates are welcome, and residents of Makati or nearby areas are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Willingness to frequent fieldwork and physically demanding activities.
• Able to read/interpret building floor plans and bills of materials, understand the Cartesian coordinate system.
• Good command of the oral and written language.
• Computer literate.
• Good interpersonal relationship.
