FMC Corporation in Manila is seeking a Field Officer to drive product demonstrations, retailer visits, and farmer engagements across North Bulacan. You will translate field insights into actionable recommendations for the sales team and ensure alignment with FMC’s product positioning.

The role requires travel to farms and retailers, a Monday–Saturday schedule, and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field. Strong communication and field analytics help you succeed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, field extension, technical support, or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong agricultural knowledge may also be considered.
• Experience working directly with farmers, retailers, and distributors is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Field Activities: demonstrations, retailer visits, farmer engagements, and other field activities with consistency and professionalism.
• Implement Demand Creation: support field programs and marketing activities in the territory, with technical support and insights.
• Monitor Market Dynamics: track competitors, launches, promotions, and pricing; report field intelligence.
• Report Key Field Indicators: provide timely field reports to managers on MOS, crop stages, farmer practices, market conditions.
