FMC Corporation in Manila, North Bulacan region seeks a Field Officer to execute field activities, engage farmers, and support demand generation. You will bridge field and commercial teams, ensure accurate product positioning, and drive retailer relationships to boost sales.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in agricultural sales or agronomy, strong knowledge of crop protection products, and excellent communication and planning skills. Travel across the territory is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field.
• 1–3 years in agricultural sales, agronomy, field extension, or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of crop protection products and crops.
• Able to travel within the territory and commute to farms/retailers.
• Good communication, planning, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute field activities including product demos, retailer visits, and farmer engagements.
• Support demand creation initiatives and field-based marketing activities.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor launches, and pricing strategies.
• Report move-out sales, crop development stages, and territory updates.
• Bridge communication between customers and FMC’s commercial teams.
• Drive retailer and farmer engagement to boost product adoption.
• Promote correct product usage and provide technical training and stewardship.
• Assist inventory management and move-out optimization with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and field activities.
• Ensure compliance with FMC policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.
