Job summary

FMC Corporation is hiring a Regulatory Officer to support the regulatory lead in Manila/Calauan. You'll prepare EUC and registration submissions, supervise trials, and help with renewal licenses and permits. Fieldwork and travel may be required.

The role requires a science degree and 2–3 years in regulatory work, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. Hybrid work setup in Manila area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry or Agriculture)
• 2–3 years of regulatory experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal relations; able to handle confidential situations

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Regulatory Lead for all regulatory tasks and projects.
• Implement documented regulatory process and systematic work structure.
• Prepare EUC and registration submission dossiers and related source applications.
• Supervise registration trials based on EUC approved trials.
• Assist in product registration renewal requirements, licenses, and warehouse renewals.
• Support in import permit applications.
• Support in experimental clearance applications for R&D trials.
• Handle sample requisition and shipment tracking.
• Attend warehouse and plant inspections.
• Track internal project timelines and status; report updates.
• Represent FMC in external regulatory meetings (FPA, BAFS, Croplife).
• Act as custodian for all registration documents.
