Staffstream is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute festival marketing campaigns under the Directors' direction. You will produce social, video, design, email, and SMS content and manage ticket-promotions across channels, including landing pages and funnels.

This is a fully remote role open to Philippines-based candidates and aligned with a fixed event calendar. You’ll collaborate with an existing admin/ops teammate, extend responsibilities to new events over time, and support partnerships

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in marketing coordination or digital marketing.
• Strong written English and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns toward fixed dates.
• Portfolio of recent work required.
• Portfolio copy required with application.

Responsabilités

• Plan and run festival marketing campaigns under direction.
• Manage ticket-sales promotions across social, email, SMS, and website.
• Create on-brand content for social, video, and print materials.
• Build and optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
• Report open rates, CTR, conversions, and ticket progress to Directors.
• Coordinate with local businesses and partners to boost sponsorships.
