Overview

Are you an experienced marketing and social media specialist looking for a flexible part-time remote role in the catering and events industry?

We are partnering with a growing catering and events company to find a Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator. This part‑time remote role focuses on backend sales administration and executing social media management to keep the brand engaged with clients. You will handle inquiry intake, client correspondence, proposal generation, and brand visibility across primary social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming event and catering inquiries coming from all lead sources including email, phone, and chats.
• Communicate with prospective clients to provide menu options, detail services, and deliver accurate quotes.
• Convert inquiries into formal proposals using established company templates.
• Manage scheduled content posting and account engagement on Instagram, Meta products, X, and LinkedIn.
• Provide general backend sales support to ensure smooth event coordination and operations.
• Conduct outreach to convention centers and local businesses to generate leads and potential partnerships.
• Create in-store marketing content and advertisements for LED screens.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and social media working with US-based companies.
• Demonstrated experience handling customer or sales inquiries, preparing quotes or proposals, coordinating client follow‑ups, or providing sales administration support.
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and creating promotional content for business audiences.
• Proven track record of consistent employment with a stable career history.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
