Job summary

PARESAN DELUXE in Manila is seeking a friendly Server / Greeter to join our dining team. You welcome guests, assist with seating, relay orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. The role requires strong communication, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced restaurant.

Weekend and holiday shifts are expected. Experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and approachable with a pleasing personality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly upon entering the restaurant.
• Assist customers with seating arrangements and provide menus.
• Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are complete and accurate.
• Attend to customer requests, questions, and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables and service areas.
• Monitor customer needs throughout their dining experience and provide timely assistance.
• Assist in preparing and setting up tables before and after service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and fellow service crew to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
