Job summary

Ionics EMS Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for maintaining precise stock levels, executing daily cycle counts, and ensuring on-hand inventory aligns with customer demand and production schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's/College Degree in any technical field, willingness to be assigned in Calamba Laguna, and strong analytical and computer skills with good communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any technical field is required.
• Willingness to be assigned in Calamba Laguna.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that inventory systems are in place and followed to achieve target inventory turns per year.
• Publish and maintain systems to ensure on-hand inventory is minimized and aligned with customer demand and production schedules.
• Maintain inventory levels, make monthly inventory reports, record and label items for future use and maintain accuracy.
• In-charge of daily cycle counting and inventory-taking analysis to check material accuracy.
• Develops and implements inventory control systems and procedures in line with Materials Management goals.
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• With good communication skills.
