Job summary

Empower is seeking a Fees & Billing Specialist to handle complex manual fee calculations, billing reconciliations, and quality control for client accounts with specialized billing requirements. This role supports accuracy, controls, audits, and reporting while contributing to system enhancements and process improvements.

You will review service requests, train colleagues on billing products and procedures, and coordinate testing for new plans and recordkeeping updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in related financial services roles.
• Experience with fee calculations, billing reconciliations, or similar processes.
• Strong technical proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex manual fee calculations and billing reconciliations.
• Review service requests for accuracy and document errors.
