Job summary

General Milling Corporation in Cebu is seeking a QA Analyst – Feeds to join our quality team. You will test raw materials, ingredients, and finished feeds against established specs, perform mycotoxin and microbiological tests, and ensure compliance with GLP/GMP.

You will document results, maintain lab records, and support the Quality Management System while working in a shifting schedule. A background in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Biology and experience in lab analysis are required.

We're Hiring: QA Analyst – Feeds

Location: Cebu

Are you a detail-oriented laboratory professional with experience in quality testing and analysis? Join our team as a QA Analyst – Feeds and help ensure that raw materials, ingredients, and finished feed products consistently meet established quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Analyze raw materials, ingredients, and finished feed products based on established testing procedures and specifications.
• Conduct testing of special samples, additives, and raw materials for product evaluation and development.
• Perform re-sampling and re-testing to validate deviations or non-conformances during production.
• Communicate test results that deviate from specifications and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Evaluate and determine the disposition of finished goods as commercial, hold, or non-commercial.
• Conduct mycotoxin and microbiological testing as required.
• Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents according to the established quality plan.
• Maintain accurate laboratory test records, log sheets, and documentation.
• Ensure the availability, proper use, and good working condition of laboratory equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Conduct regular inventory of laboratory supplies, chemicals, and glassware and prepare requisitions as needed.
• Observe Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety procedures.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Provide proper work status endorsement to the succeeding shift.
