Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Control Room Operator to ensure efficient operation across Receiving, Batching, Grinding and Mixing, Pelleting and Bagging in our feed mill. You will monitor automated systems and maintain accurate records to support production goals.

Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will coordinate with QA and Maintenance, adjust formulations as needed, and ensure product quality, safety, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred.
• Experience in feed milling operation preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC; computer literate; ability to work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate receiving system and manage batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and bagging operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supervisor to ensure material readiness and line up.
• Prepare run tickets and batching reports; monitor quality parameters and process safety.
