Job summary

Pilmico Foods Corporation is seeking a plant support role to assist the CRO and Production Supervisor in ensuring micro hand adds readiness, accurate ingredients, and material availability in the process area.

The incumbent will monitor inventory, verify weight accuracy, and support quality objectives across feed milling operations, including batching, grinding, pelleting, and bagging processes. A BS degree in engineering with relevant licenses is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors hand adds inventory and identifies critical ingredients and packaging material during shift; suggests action plans to Production Supervisor/Feedmill Manager; conducts physical inventory and ensures weight accuracy and correct ingredients are used for the diet.
• Check finished goods output to verify and ensure the correct bagging report; perform production postings and related clerical work.
• Learns and understands the feed milling processes; develops skills to assist the Control Room Operator in materials elevation and process bins management, batching, grinding and mixing, pelleting and fat coating, and bagging operations.
