Job summary

Pilmico Foods Corporation is seeking a motivated candidate to support CRO and Production Supervisor in the plant. You will monitor micro hand adds readiness, track ingredients and packaging materials, and help ensure weight accuracy and correct ingredients for each diet.

Responsibilities include verifying finished goods output, posting production data, and supporting control room operations. The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and quality-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electronics and Communication or Electrical Engineering.
• License in ME/EE/ECE.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.

Responsibilities

• Monitors hand adds inventory and ensures correct ingredients and weights for diets.
• Checks finished goods output and correct bagging reports; performs production posting.
• Learns feed milling processes and supports the Control Room Operator.
• Manages materials elevation, process bins, batching, grinding and mixing operations.
• Supports pelleting, fat coating, bagging processes and maintains quality standards.
