Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Control Room Operator to oversee operating the receiving, batching, grinding, pelleting, and bagging processes in the feed mill. You will ensure product quality, monitor equipment conditions, and coordinate with QA and maintenance for efficient production.

You will report to the Plant Supervisor and contribute to safety, process improvements, and on-time production schedules in Iligan. Relevant engineering background and PLC familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering Course preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
• Preferably with experience in Feed Milling Operation.
• Knowledge in PLC.
• Computer literate.
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate major and minor equipment in Receiving, Batching, Grinding, and Pelleting areas.
• Ensure quality feeds and monitor batching, pelleting, and coating processes.
• Coordinate with Plant Supervisor and QA for formulations and production schedule.
• Prepare production and batching reports; maintain safety and housekeeping.
