Agripacific Corporation is seeking a Feed Mill Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control and material flow at our Gerona, Tarlac site. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient dispatch of materials and finished feeds.

You should have 4–6 years in warehouse/logistics with 2–3 years in a supervisory role, plus experience with SAP/ERP systems. Willingness to be based in Parsolingan, Gerona, Tarlac is essential.

AgriPacific Corporation is looking for a Feed Mill Warehouse Supervisor!

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of feedmill warehouse operations, including the receiving, storage, issuance, movement, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished feeds.
• Ensures accurate inventory, timely availability of materials, proper storage and handling, product integrity, feed safety and quality, efficient warehouse operations, manpower productivity, workplace safety, housekeeping, biosecurity, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• The position is accountable for meeting established operational, inventory, safety, quality, productivity, and service-level targets while ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of warehouse activities.

This could be for you if you’re:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Agriculture, or other related 4-year course.
• At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials management, including at least 2-3 years of supervisory, team lead, or similar people-management experience. Experience in feed mill or food manufacturing warehouse operations, particularly in raw material and finished feed inventory management, is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, with knowledge of inventory control, physical inventory counts, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, food/feed safety and quality systems, and warehouse loading and dispatch operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse documentation and SAP/ERP systems, with advanced skills in root cause analysis and problem-solving, planning and coordination, material flow management, and analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Willing to be assigned in Parsolingan, Gerona, Tarlac.
