Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain, Food Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant poultry operations and warehouse management experience; 1–2 years supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Silangan, Santa Maria, Bulacan.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Oversees the end-to-end egg handling process from collection, grading, storage, to dispatch ensuring product quality, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with biosecurity and food safety standards.

This could be for you if you’re:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain, Food Technology, or any related field. Licensed Agriculturist (advantage but not required).
• Must have at least 2–4 years of relevant experience in poultry operations and/or warehouse management, including 1–2 years of supervisory experience in egg handling, grading, or agri-based production is an advantage.
• With background in SAP or inventory systems.
• Familiar with food safety and biosecurity practices
• Willing to be based in Silangan, Santa Maria, Bulacan.
