Job summary

AgriPacific Corporation in Sta. Maria, Bulacan, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to lead our maintenance team and ensure reliable operation of equipment and facilities.

Must be a Licensed Engineer with 3–5 years of related experience, experienced in budgeting for maintenance, and willing to stay-in at Sta. Maria. You will supervise technicians and oversee installation, repair, and servicing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer is required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in maintenance and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the work of assigned technicians.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance, installation, repair, and servicing of equipment and facilities.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Responsible for supervising and evaluating the work of assigned technicians and for overseeing day-to-day maintenance, installation, repair, and servicing of equipment, and facilities used in operations.

This could be for you if you’re:

• Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Engineer
• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proficient in Principles and practices of budget preparation and administration, methods, techniques, tools, and equipment used in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment and machinery

• Willing for a stay-in setup in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
