Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, asset management, or a similar function.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to analyze issues, assess impacts, and elevate to management with proposed resolution options.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects independently and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear, concise information to stakeholders.
• Collaborative team approach, flexibility, and comfort working with ambiguity while learning new processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end onboarding, setup, and maintenance of new or amended fee calculation records based on executed fee agreements and documented requirements.
• Interpret fee agreement terms and conditions, including customized fee structures, and provide guidance to enable accurate account and fee setup.
• Partner closely with stakeholders across client service, product, legal, onboarding, invoicing, and market value data teams to support effective delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end relationship pricing setup and eligibility checks while balancing operational execution with risk mitigation.
• Execute daily oversight of dashboards, rules monitoring, account setup activity, and exception management within established timelines.
• Communicate onboarding status, amended agreements, terminated accounts, and non-standard fee arrangements clearly to internal stakeholders and downstream teams.
• Follow established risk and control practices for records and activities that impact end-to-end fee calculation.
• Build subject matter expertise across fee operations processes, agreements, calculations, and product-related considerations.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities and contribute to technology enhancements supporting onboarding and new product initiatives.
