Job summary
Capgemini, in partnership with Farmers operations, seeks a senior AI & Automation advisor to evaluate, design, and enable modern AI‑driven solutions that support business objectives.
You will partner with business leaders, product teams, architects, and vendors to identify opportunities, lead PoCs, and ensure secure, compliant deployments.
This role blends enterprise applications expertise with AI, data, and scripting to accelerate innovation while mentoring others on best practices.
Qualifications

- Proficient scripting skills (Python, SQL, JavaScript).
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders, product teams, architects, vendors, and tech stakeholders to identify opportunities, assess emerging technologies, lead proofs of concept, and deliver solutions with measurable business value.
- Combine enterprise application expertise with practical AI, automation, data, and scripting knowledge.
- Conduct impact analysis, review designs, evaluate AI platforms and vendors, support implementations, and ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executives, develop business cases, and influence technology decisions across the organization.
- Bridge business and technology teams to accelerate innovation, improve operational efficiency, and mentor others on modern solution patterns.

- This role partners closely with business leaders, product teams, architects, vendors, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, assess emerging technologies, lead proofs of concept, and provide solution recommendations that deliver measurable business value.
- The position combines deep expertise in enterprise applications and integrations with practical knowledge of AI, automation, data, and scripting.
