Job summary

Capgemini, acting as the Employer of Record for Farmers, seeks a data reporting professional to collect, prepare and analyze statistical data for property and casualty insurance reporting.

The role involves coordinating with regulators, actuaries, accountants, product managers and IT to deliver accurate reports, while maintaining data dictionaries and supporting analytical tools.

Qualifications

• Statistical data collection, preparation and reporting for insurance data.
• Provide technical support for analytic tools and processes used across property and casualty lines.
• Communicate data requirements with regulators, actuaries, accountants, product managers and IT staff.
• Develop and maintain reports from multiple data sources and keep data dictionaries updated.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and reasonableness in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with Regulatory Affairs, actuaries, accountants, product managers and IT staff regarding data requirements and business requirements involving new reports, applications.
• Collects and organizes statistical data for internal and/or external reporting purposes.
• Evaluates information being reported for consistency, completeness, accuracy and reasonableness.
• Develops and prepares reports using data from various sources of information. Maintains and provides support for existing tools and applications used in the analyses of information.
• Maintains and updates information necessary for data dictionary and other metadata requirements.
• Promotes safety at all times and complies with safety/ergonomic standards as outlined in relevant company manuals.

Requirements
