Job summary

Capgemini, in partnership with Farmers Insurance, seeks a senior Finance leader to drive FP&A, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across multiple business units. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver insights that improve efficiency and enable enterprise growth.

The role balances strategic thinking with executive stakeholder management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Strong technical finance skills are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Leadership experience managing finance teams (manager, etc).
Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, portfolio planning, and P&L management.
Ability to influence business decisions through data-driven financial insights.
Track record of driving growth, profitability, process optimization, or automation initiatives.
Experience in insurance or banking/financial services is a plus.
Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leaders.
Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Identify risks and opportunities through financial analysis.
Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
Establish KPIs and performance management frameworks.
Present financial results to senior leadership.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals and ensure governance and controls.
Support strategic projects, investments, and business cases.

This leadership role will support the Finance organization by driving financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision-making across multiple business units. The position will partner closely with senior business leaders to provide financial insights, improve operational efficiency, and support enterprise growth initiatives.

The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, financial expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Prior leadership experience managing finance teams. (Manager, etc)
Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, portfolio planning, and P&L management
Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven financial insights
Track record of driving growth, profitability, process optimization, or automation initiatives
Insurance industry experience preferred; banking or financial services experience also considered
Fluent English communication skills
