Job summary

All Done 88 Construction Orporation is seeking an Audit Specialist to conduct branch compliance audits and asset verifications across multiple sites. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to BSP and company policies.

The candidate will review branch operations, ensure proper record-keeping, and report findings with recommendations to supervision. Training in jewelry, gadgets, and forex appraisal will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical and digital Branch Compliance Audit to ensure BSP and government requirements are met.
• Counts and appraises jewelry, gadgets, and forex for accuracy and completeness per company policies.
• Assesses branch operations per SOPs, including COH, FFE, and branch-related SOPs.
• Ensures policies and security standards are interpreted and followed in branches.
• Documents findings and submits reports with recommendations to Audit Supervisor.
• Handles special assignments from the superior, including vault stock turnover and changing vault door combinations when needed.
• Ensures books and records are updated, complete, and receipts issued consistently.
• Maintains integrity and honesty in all transactions with proper documentation.
• Encourages training in jewelry, gadgets, forex appraisal, SOPs, POS, and related software provided by the company.
• Ensures appraisal tools and equipment are in good condition and functional.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the superior.
• Prepares weekly workplan for assigned area branches based on audit objectives.

Job description

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conducts physical and digital Branch Compliance Audit to ensure that all branches are complied with BSP and other government requirements.

2. Conducts physical and digital counting and appraisal of all jewelry, gadgets, and forex to ascertain its accuracy and completeness in accordance with company’s prescribed policies and guidelines.

3. Conducts regular branch operations assessment in accordance with established branch standard operating procedures and policies covering but not limited to the following :

• Cash on hand (COH) – to ensure the complete and accurate accounting of all cash assets of the branch.
• Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) – to ensure completeness, proper maintenance, and proper usage of FFE.
• All branch operations related SOPs.

4. Ensures that prescribed policies and security standards are interpreted and carried out properly in branches.

5. Documents findings and submits reports gathered and discusses the same with the Audit Supervisor together with the corresponding recommendations, when necessary.

6. Handles special assignments as instructed by the immediate superior including turnover of vault stocks and accountabilities, change of vault door combination when needed.

7. Ensures that all books and records of the branches are updated, complete and issuance of official receipts is consistently done.

8. Ensures integrity and honesty in all transactions. Sees to it that all transactions are supported with the correct, complete, and honest files of records required.

9. Ensures that he/she is properly educated and has initiatives to undergo training in all technical skills in jewelry, gadgets, and forex appraisal, SOPs, POS and other related computer software provided by the company.

10. Ensures that all appraisal tools and other equipment provided by the company are in good condition and properly working.

11. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

12. Prepare weekly workplan on area branches assigned based on audit objectives .
