Job summary

Teamagri Industrial Corp. in the Philippines seeks a farm operations supervisor to oversee daily broiler and breeder farm activities across Luzon. The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring animal care and adherence to health protocols.

You will coordinate farm workers, monitor production, maintain records, and report issues to management. This on-site role may involve extended hours and travel between North and South Luzon.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Agricultural Engineering, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field.
• With experience in broiler & breeder farm operations
• With good leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledgeable in animal care, farm operations & equipment and biosecurity practices
• Responsible, hardworking, and organized
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in a farm environment and on extended hours when needed
• Willing to be assigned in North and South Luzon areas
• Available to start as soon as possible
