Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a diligent Licensed Agriculturist to lead hands-on broiler management training at our Isabela farms. You will conduct pre-placement visits, attest chick placements, and ensure growers comply with standard brooding practices while coordinating with operations teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Agriculturist is required, or equivalent board subject approval based on competence and passion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to be assigned to the farm or perform fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on Broiler Management Training for new and existing farms.
• Perform pre-placement visits to verify farm readiness for chick placement.
• Attest Day Old Chick placement and ensure growers follow standard brooding practices.
• Verify mass at the farm before harvest and coordinate with Contract Growing and Feed Mill Operations.
• Assist Supervisors in farm visits to monitor depletion, feed consumption, feed conversion, and live mass.
• Prepare, review and submit Weekly Progress Reports (WPR) every Monday.
• Secure necessary permits from government regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Agriculturist but we can consider under board subject for approval based on competence and work passion
