Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Farm Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the design, installation, and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for swine and poultry farm facilities, systems and equipment. You will lead the SAP maintenance module, analyze data, and coordinate with planners and contractors to ensure safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

The role requires a BS Electrical Engineering degree, preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer, and at least 5 years of

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer.
With at least 5 years experience as a maintenance planner or similar function.

Responsibilities

Supervise the design, installation, and implementation of the maintenance program for farm facilities, systems and equipment.
Ensure preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance programs are followed for reliability and safety.
Oversee SAP Enterprise Asset Management System usage and data analysis for maintenance improvement.
Plan, schedule and supervise repairs and maintenance with attention to safety, quality and productivity.
Coordinate with farm planners and material analysts for efficient parts and inventory management.
Establish housekeeping programs in line with 5S and regulatory standards.
Respond to emergency electrical issues during night shifts when needed.
