Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Farm Maintenance Supervisor to oversee design, installation, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance across swine and poultry facilities. You will ensure safe, efficient operations and coordinate with farm maintenance planners and contractors.

Responsibilities include SAP-based maintenance management, data analysis, prioritizing work orders, and implementing cost-effective programs.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering degree is required.
• Registered Electrical Engineer preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or similar.

Responsibilities

• Supervise design, installation, and maintenance programs for farm facilities.
• Lead SAP Enterprise Asset Management implementation and data review.
• Coordinate with planners and material analysts for efficient parts requisition.
• Develop and monitor maintenance plans to ensure safety and cost efficiency.
