Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Farm Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance program for swine and poultry farm facilities, systems and equipment, ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient operation. You will design and implement preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance strategies and supervise maintenance teams.

The role requires a BS Electrical Engineering, preferably with a Registered Electrical Engineer, and at least five years in maintenance planning or related functions.

Qualifications

BS Electrical Engineering graduate.
Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer.
At least 5 years experience in maintenance planning or similar function.

Responsibilities

Supervise design, installation, and maintenance programs for farm facilities, systems and equipment.
Plan and schedule repair and maintenance work ensuring safety, quality and on-time completion.
Review SAP data and perform technical analysis for system and maintenance improvements.
Coordinate with farm planners and material analysts for efficient parts requisition.
Monitor utilities and energy consumption to improve operation efficiency.
Lead root cause analysis of downtime or failures and implement corrective actions.
Ensure upkeep of 5S and other company standards and government regulations.
Attend emergencies and participate in facility improvement projects as needed.
