Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Trust and Family Office Operations professional in Manila to oversee PMTs, AAAs, and related accounts. You will ensure compliance, review dispositive provisions, and coordinate onboarding and documentation throughout the client lifecycle.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong writing and communication skills, and collaboration with Wealth Planning teams to deliver high-quality service to Family Office clients.

Qualifications

• Able to steer the team and work well under pressure.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills with attention to details.
• Knowledge in Trust Business and Family Office handling Trust Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Review dispositive provisions, structures, products, and related arrangements for soundness.
• Prepare and maintain trust/AA agreements and onboarding documents.
• Monitor client services and account transactions for timely, accurate delivery.
• Coordinate administrative, documentary, and operational requirements for Family Office engagements.
• Identify service gaps and support projects to improve responsiveness and business objectives.
