Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong experience in failure analysis, troubleshooting, or power electronics.
• Knowledge of AC-DC and DC-DC topologies (flyback, forward, buck, boost, buck-boost).
• Experience with analog, mixed-signal, or power semiconductor devices.
• Proficiency with lab measurement equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform fault reproduction, troubleshooting, product characterization, and root cause analysis.
• Investigate complex failures and drive resolution through structured problem solving.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Provide corrective and preventive actions based on analysis results.
• Participate in new product qualification activities and support ramp-up.
• Utilize lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, power sources, loads, and EMI analyzers.
• Support reliability improvement initiatives through failure trend analysis.
