Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electronics Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in failure analysis, semiconductor manufacturing, electronics testing or related industry.
• Knowledge of semiconductor devices, PCB assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in failure analysis, root cause investigation, and troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a laboratory and manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting on defective, returned, or non-conforming products, components, and assemblies.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and verification using laboratory equipment such as microscopes, multimeters, oscilloscopes, X-ray systems, and other diagnostic tools.
• Identify root causes of product failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, laboratory procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist in developing failure analysis procedures, testing methodologies, and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and functionality.
