Job summary

Kinergy Philippines Inc. is seeking a Facilities/maintenance assistant in Laguna to support daily operations. You will perform routine inspections and minor repairs to keep systems running, coordinate maintenance, and assist with preventive tasks.

You will also manage room bookings, equipment setup, cleaning schedules, and inventory while supporting health and safety checks, including OSHA compliance and fire safety. External contractor liaison is required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is beneficial.
• Experience with facilities or premises management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate maintenance work and assist with preventive maintenance tasks.
• Manage room bookings, equipment setup, cleaning schedules, and monitor consumables and supplies.
• Support health and safety protocols, including fire safety checks and OSHA compliance.
• Respond to helpdesk requests, track inventory, and maintain records of equipment and assets.
• Liaise with external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and on schedule.
• Perform any task assigned by the immediate superior.

• Performing minor repairs, coordinating maintenance work, and assisting with preventative maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operation of premises
• Managing room bookings, setting up equipment, supervising cleaning schedules, and monitoring consumables and supplies
• Support health and safety protocols, including fire safety checks, emergency exit accessibility, and OSHA compliance.
