Responsibilities

• Help with tenant move-ins and move-outs by preparing units and assisting with furniture.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling in designated areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and ensuring proper storage of supplies.
• Respond to tenant requests or inquiries.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
