Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our soon-to-open warehouse site in San Rafael, Davao City. The role focuses on coordinating with service providers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving efficient site performance.

You will manage building systems, budgets, and procurement, while leading a collaborative site team to deliver reliable facilities services and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, preferably in Real Estate & Property.
• Understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations with related trainings.
• Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office.
• Registered Electrical Engineer preferred.
• LLDA document processing and permits knowledge; ES&D background helpful.

About the role

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's facilities in soon to open warehouse site in San Rafael Davao City. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the site, including coordinating with various service providers and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in facilities management or a related field, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry

• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and project management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders

• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations with completed relevant trainings

• Proficient in using facility management software and Microsoft Office applications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address facility-related issues

• A collaborative, customer-focused approach to support the overall site operations

• Registered Electrical Engineer is preferred.

• Well-versed in LLDA document processing and permits, and has a brief background in (ESD)
