DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our soon-to-open warehouse site in San Rafael, Davao City. The role focuses on coordinating with service providers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving efficient site performance.
You will manage building systems, budgets, and procurement, while leading a collaborative site team to deliver reliable facilities services and continuous improvement projects.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's facilities in soon to open warehouse site in San Rafael Davao City. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the site, including coordinating with various service providers and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage the overall facilities and building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and project coordination
Liaise with third-party service providers to schedule and oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
Ensure the facility is compliant with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Manage the facility's budget and procurement processes
Assist in the planning and implementation of facility improvement projects
Provide regular reports on the facility's operations and maintenance activities
Foster a positive work environment and collaborate with the broader site team
Relevant experience in facilities management or a related field, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry
Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and project management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations with completed relevant trainings
Proficient in using facility management software and Microsoft Office applications
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address facility-related issues
A collaborative, customer-focused approach to support the overall site operations
Registered Electrical Engineer is preferred.
Well-versed in LLDA document processing and permits, and has a brief background in (ESD)
