Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Preferably registered mechanical or electrical engineers (RME/REE).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and strong communication skills.

VACANT POSITION:

Job Summary

The Facility Engineer is responsible for supporting the maintenance, improvement, and reliable operation of the plant's facilities, utilities, and environmental systems. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities and improvement projects related to electrical and mechanical systems, while ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the HPI Laguna/Batangas Plant. The engineer also assists in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of facility equipment and infrastructure, prepares technical documentation, conducts inspections, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards, environmental regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineer course
• Preferably a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• Possesses technical knowledge and skills related to mechanical and electrical systems.
• Candidates with at least six (6) months of relevant training or one (1) year of related work experience are preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Willing to work ASAP.
• Willing to work on-site at HPMC Laguna Plant, Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna and/or FPIP, Tanauan City Batangas.
