Job summary

The Facility Engineer at Honda Philippines, Inc. Laguna Plant is responsible for supporting the maintenance, improvement, and reliable operation of the plant's facilities, utilities, and environmental systems.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities and improvement projects related to electrical and mechanical systems, while ensuring continuous operation. This position requires a Mechanical Engineering degree (and Electrical Engineering background),

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering plans.
Preferably registered mechanical or electrical engineers (RME/REE).
Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.
Proficient in MS Office applications and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support maintenance, improvement, and reliable operation of plant facilities, utilities, and environmental systems.
Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities and improvement projects related to electrical and mechanical systems.
Prepare technical documentation, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety and company policies.
