Job summary

Fabtech Export Industries, Inc. is seeking a dedicated housekeeping/janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness across restrooms, offices, production areas, and exterior spaces.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, physical fitness, and strict adherence to sanitation and safety procedures. Training on company standards will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, facility assistance, or related work (Required).
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and general facility support duties.
• Knowledgeable in proper cleaning, sanitation, and safe handling of cleaning materials.
• Responsible, hardworking, trustworthy, and willing to follow company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scrub-clean and disinfect toilet bowls and sinks daily.
• Empty, line, and clean trash containers daily; segregate collected trash in the MRF Area.
• Clean and polish glass and mirrors daily.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors daily across all areas.
• Spot-clean doors daily and wash door mats monthly.
• Dust and remove cobwebs from ceiling areas daily.
• Clean and sanitize light switches and door handles weekly.
• Sweep entrances and sidewalks daily; collect and segregate trash and dead leaves around the building.
• Store hazardous wastes in designated areas and ensure trash in the MRF Area is double-lined with garbage bags.
• Trim overgrown grass and bush fences using the Grass Cutter machine; trim bamboo leaves to prevent overgrowth.
• Assist the Maintenance person in fixing roof leaks.
• Assist in the Kitchen area to substitute for staff on-leave.
• Conduct monthly inventory of cleaning supplies and prepare re-purchase requests.
• Update and maintain the Checklist of Daily Routine Sheet

About the role
