Job description

• Cleaning & Housekeeping:Sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
• Maintenance & Repairs:Performing minor fixes (light bulbs, fixtures), basic landscaping (mowing, trimming), and assisting with building system maintenance (filters).
• Supply Management:Monitoring, organizing, and ordering necessary tools, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Errands & Support:Running errands, assisting staff, and handling records disposal.
• Utility System Support (for specialized roles):Assisting with installation, repair, and maintenance of water, gas, sewer, or telecom lines, and responding to emergencies.
• Safety Compliance:Following all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines, including proper handling of waste and equipment.
