JTI in Danville, VA is seeking a Building & Utilities Manager to lead maintenance and technical services across factory areas. The role ensures safe operation, reports on maintenance status, and trains staff per JTI standards.

The incumbent will oversee CapEx projects, manage budgets, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, HR, EHS, and quality teams to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a managerial position with maintenance management experience.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and technical services of all factory areas, buildings and utilities.
• Ensure safety guidelines are met and risks are eliminated.
• Provide status reports, handle changes to maintenance plans, and train employees.
