Job summary

Ibex Global is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for Cyberpark in Quezon City, Philippines. The role oversees maintenance, sanitation, and infrastructure for the assigned facility, coordinating internal teams and external contractors.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or diploma in construction/electrical, a supervisory certificate, and at least three years in facility management. This is a full-time, on-site position with varied responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Education/experience in construction or electrical field.
• Supervisor management certification preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory facility management experience.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Preventive Maintenance Program for buildings.
• Oversee Site Office Helpers, housekeeping, and janitorial staff.
• Coordinate acquisition and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Supervise refurbishments and works by external contractors.
• Perform minor repairs; escalate beyond competency level.
• Conduct daily facility walk-through and address issues.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of floors, carpets, and trash.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and keys/lockers.
• Identify and lead facilities improvement projects.
• Liaise with Site Director/Ops Managers for open issues.
• Report unresolved service issues to Facility Manager.
• Maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Execute duties to high standard; perform other tasks.
