Job summary

Ibex Global is seeking a Safety Supervisor for Cyberpark, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance, repairs, and overall facilities supervision to ensure safe, clean, and efficient office environments.

The Safety Supervisor will manage preventive maintenance programs, supervise site staff, coordinate with contractors, and perform routine repairs. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years supervisory experience in facility management.
• Education in construction/electrical field; Supervisory Management Certificate is preferred.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and facility operations is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance for office buildings and properties.
• Supervise site staff, housekeeping, and janitorial services.
• Oversee procurement of supplies, appliances, equipment and spares.
• Supervise refurbishing/maintenance projects with external contractors.
• Perform minor repairs and escalate when beyond competency.
• Conduct daily facility walk-throughs and address issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of spares and keys.
• Suggest facilities improvement projects and coordinate with management.
