Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Manager 1, Facility Management to oversee daily operations, maintenance, safety, security, and the overall functionality of company facilities. You will lead service delivery, manage vendor relationships, and supervise facilities staff to ensure safe, clean, and compliant work environments.

This role requires strong leadership, budget management, project oversight, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across buildings and workplaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in facilities management, building operations, vendor management, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations, maintenance, housekeeping, safety, and security programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, building regulations, and emergency preparedness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor facility performance and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
• Lead facility improvement projects, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage departmental budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
