Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor in Taguig to oversee HVAC maintenance, daily operations, and team coordination across a 24/7 environment. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor critical utilities, and ensure safety compliance.
The role requires a engineering degree and 3–5 years of facilities experience with supervisory responsibilities. Rotating shifts and on-call support are part of the job.
1. HVAC & Aircon System Maintenance
Oversee and perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PMR) and corrective repairs on all air conditioning units (split type, VRF/VRV, package units, and chillers).
Monitor server room and production floor temperatures 24/7 to prevent equipment overheating and downtime.
Diagnose cooling issues, refrigerant leaks, electrical wiring faults, and compressor failures swiftly.
Manage AC cleaning schedules, filter replacements, and coil chemical washing.
2. Daily Facility Operations
Inspect building premises daily, ensuring clean, safe, and fully operational facilities.
Monitor critical utility systems, including UPS, backup diesel generators, fire alarm systems (FDAS), power supply, and plumbing.
Respond immediately to facilities-related requests, incident tickets, and emergency call-outs.
3. Team & Vendor Supervision
Lead and schedule in‑house facilities technicians, custodians, and security personnel.
Coordinate with third‑party HVAC contractors, property management, and equipment vendors for major repairs or service contracts.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and local building codes.
Education: Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a technical/vocational diploma in HVAC‑R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration).
Experience:
At least 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in facilities maintenance.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within a BPO / Call Center or 24/7 critical operational environment.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in troubleshooting and servicing various aircon systems (Inverter split types, VRF/VRV systems, precision air conditioners/CRAC).
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), single‑line electrical diagrams, and basic generator operations.
Soft Skills & Flexibility:
Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting and vendor coordination.
Willingness to work on rotating shifts, night shifts, weekends, and remain on‑call for emergency site support.
