Job summary

Foster Foods Inc. is seeking an experienced Aircon Specialist in Bulacan to manage and maintain all air conditioning and ventilation systems in the plant. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with temperature standards, and coordinating with teams for system optimizations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of HVAC systems. A TESDA certification in HVAC/R is preferred. Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Aircon Specialist responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and performance of all air conditioning and ventilation systems across the entire plant, including production areas, cold storage, offices, and support facilities.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is an advantage
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with cold storage systems and temperature-controlled environments
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
TESDA certification in HVAC/R or related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Oversee, maintain, and repair all air conditioning units and HVAC systems across the plant
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment
