Job summary

Gruppo EMS Inc. in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines seeks a experienced Facilities Manager with 3–5 years in FM. You will oversee building systems, safety, and maintenance programs to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong leadership, and proficient use of MS Office and FM software. Certifications such as CFM/CEM/FMP are a plus and relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus: CFM, CEM, FMP.
• Knowledge of quality tools and standards is desirable (5S, SPC, PDCA, 8D, Kaizen, ISO 9001, IATF/VDA, 14001, 45001).
