Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure services meet workers’ needs. Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, and supporting electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, plumbing, security, and other facilities functions, with data analysis to improve processes and future fit-out projects.

The role reports to Associate Directors as a shared resource. The position emphasizes budget management, vendor coordination, PEZA/BOI compliance, and developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.
• Minimum 5+ years of Facilities Management experience.
• Certification in safety management (safety officer preferred such as BOSH, LCM & HIRAC).
• Certified Pollution Officer (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end expansion of infrastructure including planning, construction, opening and maintenance of office sites.
• Regularly inspect premises for cleanliness, maintenance, safety and security.
• Lead Facilities team performance, coach and train staff.
• Evaluate security, messenger and housekeeping personnel.
• Manage office and pantry inventory.
• Oversee fixed assets, equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors for preventive maintenance and related services.
• Ensure PEZA, BOI and local standards compliance.
• Develop and update Facilities policies and procedures.
• Budget oversight and team strategy.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Stakeholder management ensuring timely, quality responses.
• Plan and implement cost-saving continuous improvement programs.
• Spearhead OSH policies, risk assessments and incident reporting.
• Safety Officer role and related government mandates.
• Support BCP implementation.
• Carry out field duties as assigned.
